Job summary

PepsiCo SodaStream Australia is hiring a Machine Operator (Level 2) at the Henderson site in Knoxfield. You will support daily production, operate filling lines and ensure safety and quality across operations.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will help achieve KPIs, minimise downtime and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining 5S and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
• Experience with cryogenic fluids and high-pressure filling equipment.
• Strong WHS and safe work practices.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised with prioritisation and time management.
• Physically fit and flexible to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
• Build knowledge of filling line processes and equipment.
• Support daily production plans and minimise downtime.
• Monitor production output, quality and KPIs.
• Complete equipment and quality checks and report issues.
• Communicate production updates and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP and 5S standards.

We’re hiring a Machine Operator (Level 2) to join our team at our Henderson site in Knoxfield. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll support daily production operations and help achieve key production targets and KPIs.

Details:

• Day Shift: 06.30am to 02.30pm
• Permanent Full Time: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to meet quality and production targets.
• Build knowledge of filling line processes and equipment.
• Support daily production plans and minimise downtime.
• Monitor production output, quality and key performance indicators.
• Complete equipment and quality checks and report issues.
• Communicate production updates and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of cryogenic fluids, high-pressure filling equipment, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and safe work practices.
• Previous warehousing or manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
• Physically fit to perform the role and remain flexible to meet operational/ business requirements.
