Job summary

Vinpac Angaston is seeking a Logistics Operator to join our Barossa Valley team. You will operate forklifts, store products efficiently, and ensure accurate scanning and sorting of freight for timely deliveries.

This full-time role requires a three-week roster with rotating shifts and a current LF High Risk Licence. A strong safety, quality, and customer-focus mindset is essential. Join us for a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Hold a current LF High Risk Licence.
• Be prepared to work a three week roster with rotating shift times.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record.

• Able to follow standardised work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly.
• Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted daily.
• Carry out checks on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) daily.
• Follow Nexday freight portal processes and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive culture.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers.

Vinpac has been providing quality bottling services to a national portfolio of over 500 customers since 1975. We specialise in bottling, winemaking, bulk wine storage, laboratory services, warehousing, distribution and packaging supply.

Operating out of three facilities in the iconic Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, our passionate team is committed to providing trusted solutions to our customers. About the role:

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly
• Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted every day
• Work on making sure all checks are carried out on MHE (Material Handling Equipment) daily
• Ensure all Nexday (freight portal) processes and procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members
• Use a collaborative approach and make positive contributions to our team culture
• Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers alike

Qualifications
