Job summary

Primaplas in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. You will manage end-to-end supply chain while supporting our sales team, coordinating shipments, liaising with overseas suppliers, freight providers, warehouses and customers.

Working with the sales team in our Sydney Head Office, you will schedule transport, ensure timely deliveries, and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, freight forwarders, or customs clearance is valued.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and improve systems and processes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Process supplier purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers.
• Book, monitor, and manage shipments with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with customs agents and 3PL partners.

About the Role

As a Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain while supporting our sales team to provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with overseas suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, customs agents, and customers. Working with the sales team in our Sydney Head Office, you will be managing shipments and scheduling transport for deliveries in an efficiently to ensure we responsively meet and exceed customer expectations.
