Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Australia near Perth Airport is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our brand-new facility. You will be the key link between customers and operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration across warehouse, transport and customer service.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll develop relationships, process orders, manage documentation and support stock receipt and dispatch. Join a growing global team shaping our service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Experience with multiple office systems and inventory data.

We have recently launched an exciting new Convenience Service operation near Perth Airport and we're looking for our final Logistics Administrator to join the team at our new facility.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility by acting as the key link between customers and operational teams.

You’ll provide administrative support across warehouse, transport and customer service functions while ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Processing customer orders and operational documentation
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Supporting stock receipt and dispatch administration
• Purchase order reconciliation
• Transport and logistics administration
• Reviewing operational reports and identifying discrepanciesAssisting with export and import documentation
• Ordering office and warehouse consumables
• Coordinating labour bookings as required
• Supporting revenue management activities through accurate administration
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience
• Acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• Confidence working across multiple systems and priorities
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with warehouse, transport or logistics systems will be highly regarded
