Job summary

Momentum Consulting Group Pty Ltd is seeking an organised Warehouse Administrator to join our Australian freight and logistics team in Sydney. You will manage data in internal systems, coordinate deliveries with customers and truck drivers, and handle the shared inbox while supporting daily warehouse operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, at least 2 years in warehouse admin, and experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse administration.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers and drivers.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Accurately entering and maintaining data within internal systems.
Liaising with customers and truck drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve enquiries.
Managing the shared inbox, responding to emails and following up on outstanding requests.
Providing general administrative support to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
