Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Local Area Marketing Specialist on a 12-month max-term contract in Sydney. You will work with our branch network, agencies and internal teams to plan and execute local campaigns, activations and partnerships that generate leads and grow business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering marketing campaigns, local activations, events or community engagement initiatives.
• Experience working with creative, production or media agencies to develop and deliver marketing assets and campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign results, identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
• Experience coordinating marketing activity across multiple channels, with exposure to local area marketing, retail marketing or community-based campaigns highly regarded.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local campaigns and activations with branch network to drive awareness and leads.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing assets and campaigns.
• Support development of local marketing roadmaps and opportunities based on local insights.
• Utilise performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage relationships with branches and partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
