Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH Hotels Marketing function seeks a Local Area Marketing Manager - Owned Media & Community. You will lead the owned media delivery team responsible for venue websites, Google Business Profiles, social media, and local partnerships across 350+ pubs nationwide.

You’ll oversee channel strategy, content scheduling, and community sponsorships, driving guest footfall, visibility and loyalty while ensuring governance across ABAC, RSA, RSG, privacy laws and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven track record in leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Experience with CMS, local listings management and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the owned media and community delivery team.
• Oversee owned digital channels and local content across 350+ pubs.
• Establish content schedules, workflows and QA processes.
• Collaborate with Campaign Delivery to localise national campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with local clubs and businesses to boost visibility.
