Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a lending environment (preferred).
• Banking experience and knowledge of Loan Servicing is essential
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment

Responsibilities

• Process customer and broker loan servicing requests.
• Observe the Bank's policies and provide great customer service to internal and external partners by proactive calls or follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders through various channels.
• Respond and action promptly to customer enquiries and requests for status updates.
• Keep a record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints, including input to investigations.
• Identify and raise areas of concern that may impact client experience or non-compliance.
• Incident & Risk management support as the Team Manager requires.
• Liaising with Third Party Vendors for operational updates
