Job summary

Pepper Money Limited is seeking a Servicing Support Officer to deliver best-in-class customer service by handling servicing activities, inquiries, and regulatory-compliant processes. The role supports Customer Operations across Novated Servicing and Consumer Credit Reporting, including disputes, corrections, and rejections.

The role may involve cross-team assistance during peak periods and contributes to accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with packagers, brokers, and BDMs.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting servicing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Novated Servicing and manage stakeholder enquiries.
• Answer phone queries and respond to email requests from Salary Packagers, Brokers or BDMs.
• Provide payout quotes.
• Process de-novation requests and issue documentation to packagers and individuals who will now deal with Pepper directly.
• Process re-novation requests and issue documentation to packagers.
• Process monthly invoices from packagers and respond to payment queries.
• Reconcile novated account closures.
• Process PPSR removals.
