Responsibilities

• Prepare loan applications for internal assessment and review so files are ready to move forward on time.
• Review application details and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying gaps.
• Coordinate loan contracts, signatures and document flow through to activation.
• Keep records, spreadsheets and internal systems up to date for accuracy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to progress applications and meet deadlines.
• Escalate discrepancies or delays early to maintain a consistent process.
