You will lead process improvements, coach staff, and collaborate with sales, customer service and logistics partners to optimise outcomes for healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loan kit warehouse operations across dispatch and receiving with safety, quality and cost controls.
• Coach and develop the team with clear objectives and performance dashboards.
• Ensure orders are processed, packed, dispatched accurately and on time.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and freight providers to resolve issues and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with quality systems and SOPs.
