Job summary

Stryker Australia is seeking an Associate Kit Assembler to ensure surgeons have the right tools for life-changing procedures. You will own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and devices—from dispatch through to return and reprocessing—with accuracy and safety front and center.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound devices across multiple hospitals, perform quality checks on returned kits, track assets in the system, and collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to meet

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end movement of surgical kits from dispatch to return.
• Prepare and send kits with high accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices across hospitals.
• Track real-time visibility of all assets in the system.
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to meet safety standards.
• Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements.
• Solve problems by prioritising, adjusting, and responding to changes in demand.
