One Ledger Finance Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Information Analyst and Support to join our team in Port Melbourne, VIC. This full-time, in-person role supports loan processing, manages client information, and ensures applications comply with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar role, a finance or business qualification, and strong understanding of Australian compliance.

Qualifications

• Finance or business qualification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of loan processing and Australian compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Good communication and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collect and review client financial and personal information to support loan applications.
• Organise and maintain client data across internal systems.
• Apply procedures to manage information and support efficient workflows.
• Support the Mortgage Broker in processing loan applications in a timely manner.
• Monitor loan status, identify risks, and assist in resolving issues.
• Review supporting documents for completeness and lending compliance.
• Communicate with lenders and stakeholders for information exchange and updates.
• Analyse client information to identify discrepancies and assist in resolution.
