Job summary

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment is seeking an Analyst with experience across Lending Finance / Operations to join a dynamic Funds Management business in Australia. This role reports to the Head of Loans Servicing and involves processing daily loan transactions, monitoring facility limits, and ensuring accurate system inputs.

You will coordinate loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments, invoice interests and fees, monitor loan limits, and ensure compliance with credit terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of +2 years’ experience in administration of Corporate, Property or other loans.
• Tertiary qualifications or courses in a finance related discipline.
• Exposure to and knowledge of Lending documentation.
• Understanding of basic accounting and lending principles.

Responsibilities

• Processing daily loan transactions and monitor facility limits, credit terms and fees
• Coordinating, checking and monitoring loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments for all loans
• Ensure effective funding and accurate system inputs for loan transactions
• Ensure interests and fees are invoiced and collected promptly
• Close monitoring of loan limits and commitments

• Handling refinancing, sell-downs, risk participation, multi-option facilities and real estate finances

Reporting to the Head of Loans Servicing, this position will be responsible for the following:

• Processing daily loan transactions and monitor facility limits, credit terms and fees;
• Coordinating, checking and monitoring loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments for all loans;
• Ensure effective funding and accurate system inputs for loan transactions;
