One Ledger Finance Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Information Analyst and Support to join our team in Port Melbourne, VIC. This full-time, in-person role supports loan processing, manages client information, and ensures applications comply with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar role, a finance or business qualification, and strong understanding of Australian compliance.

• Monitor loan status, identify risks, and assist in resolving issues.
• Review supporting documents for completeness and lending compliance.
• Communicate with lenders and stakeholders for information exchange and updates.
• Analyse client information to identify discrepancies and assist in resolution.

This role is responsible for supporting loan processing activities, managing client information, and ensuring that loan applications are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review client financial and personal information to support loan application processes.
• Organise and maintain client data across internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Apply established procedures and guidelines to manage information and support efficient workflow processes.
• Support the Mortgage Broker in processing loan applications in a timely and compliant manner.
