Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Loading Dock & Support Coordinator in Hawthorn East for a permanent full-time role. You will be the engine room of loading dock operations, coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries and supporting contractors in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Loading Dock & Support Coordinator

Job Description Summary: Hawthorn East | Permanent full time role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Loading Dock & Support Coordinator to join our onsite team supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers, based in Hawthorn East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, great work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy, hands-on role. Full training provided — bring the attitude, and we’ll help you build the capability.

About the Role

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you’ll be the engine room of the loading dock operations. This is a dynamic environment with up to 100+ incoming items per day and a wide variety of deliveries — from small parcels to large pallet loads for events, samples, and department stock. You’ll coordinate deliveries, support contractors, help manage safe vehicular movements, and ensure consistent service to the onsite teams. No two days are the same, and your contribution genuinely keeps the site moving. This position reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and forms part of a broader facilities and operational team with strong leadership support.
