Job summary

H.W. Greenham & Sons Pty Ltd in Tongala, VIC is seeking a Loadout Supervisor to oversee daily loadout operations and ensure the timely dispatch of premium meat products to domestic and international customers.

Reporting to the Loadout Manager, you will lead a team in a temperature-controlled environment, drive safety and quality standards, and coordinate with production, logistics and transport to maintain stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or loadout environment.
• Experience working with temperature-controlled or perishable products.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Sound knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes.
• Experience using Thorsys, BSM (GS1), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate loadout operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, loaded, and dispatched on time.
• Lead and support a team of loadout employees in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company health and safety procedures.
• Ensure export product governance and customer specifications are consistently met.
• Monitor stock accuracy, product rotation, and inventory control within company guidelines.
• Coordinate loading schedules with production, logistics, and transport providers.
• Ensure refrigeration systems, plant, and equipment are operating safely and effectively.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance support to team members.
• Complete relevant documentation and reporting accurately and on time.

Join H.W. Greenham & Sons, a proudly Australian-owned leader in the meat processing industry, as our new Loadout Supervisor at our Tongala facility. With more than 25 years of successful operations and ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee our loadout operations and ensure the efficient dispatch of premium meat products to domestic and international customers.
