Job summary

NH Foods Australia seeks an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager to lead the sales and shipping teams, ensuring smooth production flow from factory to loading out. You will work with a capable team and leadership to deliver positive outcomes.

The role focuses on maintaining KPIs, overseeing documentation, and producing regular reports while supporting managers with production and shipping inquiries. A strong team player in a meat export environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating export sales or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office and data management tools.
• Ability to drive KPI results and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with beef processing or meat export supply chain is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee export sales coordination and shipping teams to support production and loading.
• Ensure KPI targets for sales and production are met.
• Manage Shipping and Documentation team and streamline processes.
• Produce monthly and weekly reports for management.
• Assist managers with production and shipping enquiries and site tours.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager

The purpose of this position is to provide support and manage the Sales and shipping team to support the plant in production and loading out stock.

Whilst being surrounded by an experienced team and supportive leadership, you will be able to work effectively and deliver positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include?

• Ensure that KPI’s are met for sales and production
• Manage an oversee Shipping and Documentation team
• Ensure and efficient flow of production through to loading out
• Assist managers and staff with general Production enquiries
• Assist managers and staff with general Shipping enquiriesAssist plant staff with customer visits and tours
• Monthly and weekly reports
• Other administrative duties as required by the General Manager
