Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the dispatch team in a busy Bass Coast site. You will ensure safe, accurate and on-time loading while developing staff and maintaining a structured pace.

You will coordinate daily manning, drive DIFOT, and uphold WHS and food-safety standards, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering for continuous improvement. This role offers strong career development and stability within a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or team leader experience in warehousing, dispatch or production.
• Food, meat, dairy or cold chain background highly regarded.
• Solid working knowledge of WHS requirements.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and producing shift reporting.
• Clear communicator who enjoys coaching others.
• Results driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse and dispatch team on shift to meet load schedules.

• Deliver accurate shift reports and handovers.
• Uphold WHS, food safety and Department of Agriculture requirements.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the warehouse and dispatch team on shift, making sure product is loaded safely, accurately and on time.
