Job summary
UNSW in Sydney seeks a Learning Design Lead to drive LMS transformation, content migration and alignment with the Academic Calendar. You will lead up to ten staff and collaborate with faculties to deliver high-quality, scalable digital learning experiences.
Reporting to the LMS Program Director, you will shape standards, governance and innovation, ensuring professional service delivery and continuous improvement across Curriculum Transformation and teaching and assessment.
Qualifications
- Significant teaching expertise and innovation with authority in education and student experience.
- Experience leading LMS transformation and curriculum migration in a university context.
- Ability to manage strategic projects and governance reporting across large programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead LMS transformation projects and define priorities for teaching and student experience.
- Design and implement LMS activities, including frameworks and templates for student success.
- Oversee migration of all UNSW taught courses to the new LMS in alignment with Curriculum Transformation.
