Job summary
UNSW Kensington Campus is seeking an LMS Engineer to design, build and enhance learning platforms for staff and students. You will leverage cloud and on‑premise environments, ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned with university needs.
You will work with developers and stakeholders in an agile setting to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Your role includes configuring LMS, integrating systems, and supporting data analytics while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure go‑live
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT with multiple technology domains.
- Experience in agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA or MS TFS for tracking work.
- Experience with end-to-end testing practices.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Platform configuration and build of the LMS.
- Configure LMS toolsets, structures, branding, templates, and dashboards.
- Manage role/permission configuration across levels.
- Develop integrations between LMS and UNSW systems using CSV, APIs and LTI standards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data flows for reporting/BI.
