Job summary

Discovery Parks in Victoria seeks a hands-on Park Manager to lead operations across guest services, maintenance and front-office tasks with a live-in arrangement provided. You will support guest needs on an on-call roster and ensure a high standard of service.

You will develop park teams, manage bookings and grounds, and contribute to marketing and revenue efforts. WHS knowledge and RMS experience are highly valued for success in this regional role.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience with staff development.
• Proven ability to lead and train park staff.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with reservations systems.
• Experience in building maintenance and grounds work.
• Flexible hours including weekends and after hours.
• Knowledge of WHS responsibilities.
• Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems is highly regarded.
• Affinity for customer-facing communication and outdoor tourism.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest enquiries.
• Oversee Front Office management and park operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, grounds, cleaning and service delivery.
• Assist with marketing, local area promotion and revenue efforts.
• Participate in an on-call roster as part of the role.
