Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a live-in Park Manager in Victoria to lead a team across Front Office, park operations and maintenance. You will ensure outstanding guest experiences while managing staff, safety and service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and flexibility to work weekends and after hours in a regional town setting, with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience with a focus on guest services and team leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and train park staff.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in general building maintenance or grounds work.
• Flexible attitude toward hours, including weekends and after hours.
• Knowledge of WHS responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Prior RMS or reservations system exposure is advantageous.
• Enjoys customer facing communication and outdoor tourism settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure staff provide excellent service.
• Oversee Front Office management and daily park operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, grounds, and cleaning across the park.
• Assist with marketing tasks and local area promotions and revenue yield.
• Participate in on-call roster as required.
