Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a dependable Hands-On On-Site Manager/Team for a small coastal cabin property near Port Macquarie. You will lead a local team, manage guest relations, coordinate cleaning, maintenance and garden care, and handle bookings through our PMS and OTA platforms.

Accommodation is provided on-site, and you’ll live on site with some after-hours flexibility. You’ll work closely with owners and staff to maintain high standards, ensure smooth operations, and deliver a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a small property or guest accommodation.
• Ability to coordinate cleaning, maintenance and gardening tasks.
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff.
• Comfortable living on-site and managing after-hours requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and be present throughout the day.
• Organise daily priorities with the cleaning team and provide practical support.
• Inspect cabins after cleaning and address issues before guests arrive.
• Maintain gardens and general upkeep of the property.
• Manage bookings, enquiries and payments through the PMS.
• Coordinate trades and follow up on maintenance tasks.
• Keep owners informed about operations and staffing.
