Job summary

SP Coastal Investments Pty Ltd - Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced on-site management couple to oversee a riverside complex. This is not an entry-level position; you will take responsibility for daily operations with minimal supervision.

Office hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am - 12pm Weekends. Generous package includes pet-friendly on-site 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment and Up to 12 months contract with a thorough handover from the current manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in holiday and permanent letting.
• Front desk and guest services experience.
• Reservations and administration experience.
• Owner, body corporate and guest relations experience.
• Experience coordinating housekeepers.
• Lawn, pool and garden maintenance experience.
• Experience with REI preferred including EOM and Trust Accounting.
• Must be able to live on site and start in early November.
• Generous package including pet friendly on-site 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment.
• Up to 12 month contract with support provided.
