Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a defined client base and maintain strong relationships.
• Meet and exceed client SLAs and educate clients on updates and features.
• Plan and deploy ticketing strategies for events and reporting opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and information.
• Ensure staff are informed, trained and empowered to deliver excellent service.
• Support on-site event needs and roster staff effectively.
• Develop and maintain client or venue box office policies and processes.
