Job summary

Ticketmaster Brisbane is seeking a Box Office Attendant to support customer ticketing across locations, outlets and event sites. Applicants must have reliable transport in Brisbane and be available for weekdays, evenings and weekends as scheduling varies.

You'll serve customers, process payments, and work with the Box Office team to deliver high standards of service. This role offers a dynamic event environment and opportunities to be a versatile member of the operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments.
• Flexible with rosters including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to use Windows-based computer packages, incl. Excel.
• Familiarity with events and entertainment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at Ticketmaster locations courteously and efficiently.
• Transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.
• Consult with Box Office Manager or Supervisor to provide high service standards.
• Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming events on the Ticketmaster network.
• Answer questions about events on Ticketmaster network at Box Offices, Outlets or Events.
• Work in a roving team providing mobile customer service and transactions.
• Cash handling and balancing transactions.
• Adhere to quality management, safety and environment policies.
