Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Services Project Coordinator to drive the coordination of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services for our large-scale data centre builds in Marsden Park, NSW. This on-site role collaborates with construction and services managers to ensure timely, well-organised delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will bring construction or project management exposure, with preference for HVAC/electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or services project coordination.
• Exposure to electrical or HVAC is preferred.
• Familiar with ACONEX or PROCORE is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support data centre services projects by coordinating critical infrastructure implementation.
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections, reporting on defects, progress and risk.
• Prepare and maintain project documents (Scope of Works, programming) in Aconex and SharePoint.
• Support weekly reporting, commissioning plans and functional testing.
