Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager in Canberra to drive customer satisfaction and successful delivery across the full service lifecycle. You will be the trusted partner coordinating operations, delivery and commercial teams to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will own customer satisfaction end-to-end and continuously improve how CDC delivers for customers, strengthening relationships and presenting

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering service outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to coordinate across operations, delivery and commercial teams.
• Ability to review contracts, SLAs and performance reports.
• Experience presenting to customer executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners throughout their CDC journey.
• Collaborate across CDC to bring teams together for seamless, coordinated outcomes.
• Strengthen CDC's presence across customer environments by partnering with stakeholders and on-site teams.
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with KPIs, ensuring clear commitments and tracking.
• Coordinate monthly business reviews, quarterly audits, and other compliance activities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including project quotes or proposals.
