Job summary

Unknown Law Firm in Sydney is seeking an experienced lawyer to support a growing workload across construction, property and strata matters. You will work directly with the firm principal on diverse matters and enjoy flexibility to work from home or in the office, with a boutique environment that values precision and client service.

We welcome lawyers with 1–5 years PQE and a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years PQE in law firm environment.
• Experience in at least one: conveyancing, property, construction or strata law.
• Strong drafting and file management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently and maintain professional standards.
• Familiarity with NSW conveyancing and electronic settlements (PEXA) is advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assist with a growing workload across a range of construction, property and strata related matters. About the role

You will work directly with the firm principal on a variety of matters, including:

Residential and commercial conveyancing

Building and construction disputes

Strata and property law matters

About you

We welcome applications from lawyers with between 1 and 5 years PQE.

You will ideally have:

A proactive and professional approach to work

Experience with NSW conveyancing and electronic settlements (PEXA) will be highly regarded.
