Linfox in Regency Park, SA is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day scheduling and fleet coordination at our SA site. You will plan linehaul movements, monitor deliveries and work with carriers and customers to meet safety and service targets.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication. Experience with transport operations and TMS/WMS is beneficial; you will join a high-performing team with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Good understanding of transport operations and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating linehaul movements with carriers and customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule inbound linehaul movements into SA and coordinate with carriers.
• Book trucks with carriers and monitor loads to delivery.
• Manage transport delays and changes, resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, customers and internal transport/warehouse teams.
• Ensure customer delivery windows and service requirements are met.
