Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to mature Line 1 risk capabilities and embed regulatory obligations across Listings and Participants Supervision. You will coordinate risk assessments, control design and remediation across multiple teams and support the enterprise risk transformation program.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in a Line 1 risk function, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to manage concurrent workstreams

Competenze

• 7+ years in a Line 1 risk function.
• Experience performing risk and compliance assessments, control testing, uplift, and incident & issue management.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across teams.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships and collaboration.
• Well-developed planning and prioritisation skills with deadlines met.

Mansioni

• Support the Risk and Compliance Partner in maturing Line 1 risk capabilities across the division.
• Lead and coordinate risk identification, assessment, and profiling across Listings and Participants Supervision.
• Coordinate control design, mapping, and testing to assess control environment effectiveness.
• Drive remediation of control gaps with actionable, testable improvements.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of risk issues and remediation actions with root cause analysis.
• Lead identification and embedment of regulatory obligations across ASX Supervision with clear ownership.
• Engage with Markets, Clearing & Settlement, Technology to align supervisory risk responsibilities.
• Support delivery of the Risk Transformation Program and risk maturity uplift initiatives.
• Ensure risk considerations are integrated into key operational decisions and changes.
