Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect to join our Technology Sales team in Sydney. You will be the technical lead driving Go-To-Market for Lightwell, removing blockers and aligning engineering teams with customer needs.

You will engage developers, build engineers, and security leaders, conduct architecture workshops, and help customers adopt secure software supply chain practices, including artifact signing, SBOMs, and pipeline enforcement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, build/release engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales with real dependency and upgrade obligations.
• Hands-on experience in a customer or production build environment.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into engagements as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain, driving Lightwell adoption.
• Lead technical conversations across developers, lead engineers, and security/compliance audiences.
• Articulate Red Hat's differentiating position and defend it against alternatives.
• Configure customer builds to resolve against Lightwell repositories and troubleshoot builds with their engineers.
• Provide enablement and mentoring to the Red Hat Technical Sales community.
