• 8+ years of technical pre-sales experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
• 8+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in fast-paced environments (SaaS/fintech/consulting).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to influence decisions across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations and expansions.
• Partner with implementation and account teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
• Engage with sales on technical discovery to determine best-fit integration approaches, APIs and third-party connectors.
