Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect to lead trusted software supply chain efforts, working hands-on in customer environments to enable Go-To-Market success. You will collaborate with sales, success, consulting, and partner teams to remove blockers and drive adoption of Lightwell across development and security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software eng, build/release, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated hands-on work in a customer or production build environment.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain in engagements.
• Lead technical conversations with developers, build engineers, and security teams.
• Articulate Red Hat differentiators and position Lightwell within the portfolio.
• Implement Lightwell configurations in customer builds and troubleshoot with engineers.
• Facilitate pre/post-sales technical deep dives, proofs of concept, and bake-offs.
• Identify customer stakeholders and advocate across business units.
• Advise on integration with artifact management, mirroring, and pipeline estates.
