The Lightwell SSA will provide expert technical sales support for Go-To-Market strategies related to Red Hat Lightwell, removing blockers to adoption and helping customers integrate the platform into their build environments.

You will collaborate with Red Hat sales, Customer Success, Consulting Services, and partners to drive adoption, conduct architecture walkthroughs, proofs of concept, bake-offs, and pipeline enforcement in customer environments to demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a combination of software engineering, build/release engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales, including direct responsibility for software that carried real dependency and upgrade obligations.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in a customer or production build environment.
• Ability to advise on integration with artifact management, mirroring and pipeline estate, including disconnected and air-gapped environments.

Responsabilités

• Deploy as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain within customer engagements.
• Lead technical conversations across developers, leadership, and security/compliance teams.
• Articulate Red Hat's differentiating position against alternatives in the market.
• Position offerings within the broader Red Hat portfolio, including SBOMs, signing, and runtime security.
• Configure builds to resolve against Lightwell repositories and troubleshoot with customer engineers.
• Assist in pre- and post-sales activities: deep dives, PoCs, bake-offs, and partner solutions.
