Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales within the lighting or electrical industry.
• A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
• A consultative approach to sales and the ability to demonstrate the value of a solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers across Sydney.
• Provide consultative, solutions-based sales support, recommending products that meet customer and project requirements.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, builders and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify and respond to sales opportunities, providing timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate technical support and deliver solutions for customers.
• Contribute to sales planning, targets and budgets in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Represent Haneco professionally and help build awareness of our brand in the market.
