Job summary

St Vincent's Care Bronte, part of St Vincent's Health Australia, is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to lead activity programs for residents in a boutique 107-bed facility by the beach in Sydney. You will work with a compassionate team to create person-centred leisure experiences, promoting safety, respect and engagement.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle/Diversional Therapy is essential.
• Experience in an aged care facility, developing Leisure programs including dementia clients from a person-centred approach.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
