Job summary

St Vincent's Care Bronte invites a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to join our compassionate team. You will develop and deliver leisure programs that support residents' health, wellbeing and daily routines, including dementia‑friendly activities, in a person‑centred way.

This full‑time role works with residents, families and staff to foster safety, respect and engagement. You will lead activity planning, mentor colleagues, and help sustain a warm, welcoming environment in our boutique aged care

Qualifications

Essential Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle/ Diversional Therapy.
Experience in an aged care facility with dementia clients from a person-centred approach.
Availability to work full-time
Good leadership and mentoring skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within last 6 months).
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.

Responsibilities

Promote, maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of residents.
Develop a range of leisure programs and activities to suit individual needs.
Partner with residents to support daily routine, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued and engaged.
