Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator for St Vincent’s Care Bronte, a boutique 107-bed facility in Sydney's beachside area. You will design and deliver person-centred leisure programs that promote health, wellbeing and resident engagement.

Working with residents to support daily routines, you’ll lead activities, mentor staff, and ensure safety, dignity and rights are upheld.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle/Diversional Therapy required.
• Experience in aged care with dementia clients using person-centred approach.
• Full-time availability and strong leadership skills.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check in last 6 months; NDIS Worker Screening may be required.

They develop a range of programs and activities to suit the individual needs and preferences of residents.
