Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement within a boutique 107-bed aged care facility by the beach in Sydney.

As a Registered Nurse with an AHPRA registration, you will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong resident relations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Act and accreditation processes, while fostering a collaborative leadership culture.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experienced in managing clinical services in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation process.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
• High level of customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of resident rights and responsibilities.
• Responsible Person screening checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations and care delivery in Bronte facility.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and safe workplace practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support residents’ needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and accreditation requirements.
