Bupa is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for Barrabool Belmont, Victoria to lead a vibrant resident-led lifestyle program. You will create meaningful engagement, manage 1:1 and group activities, and mentor the Wellbeing Carer team to deliver hospitable daily living experiences.

The role involves planning, documentation, and collaborating with care leadership to ensure activities meet residents’ goals and preferences in a dementia-aware setting.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent
• Experience in lifestyle, wellbeing or activities coordination
• Ability to support older people, including dementia care
• Strong planning and calendar management
• Warm, professional communication with residents and families
• Knowledge of resident rights and documentation
• Comfort with digital systems for documentation

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate a resident-led lifestyle calendar and events
• Create inclusive opportunities recognizing residents’ values and culture
• Lead the Wellbeing Carer team and coordinate volunteers and activities
• Complete lifestyle assessments and contribute to care planning
• Coordinate community connections and lifestyle communications
• Maintain safe, compliant practice including infection control
• Contribute to audits and program continuous improvement
