Job summary

RFBI Cessnock Masonic Village is seeking a passionate Lifestyle Officer to join our dedicated team. You will design and deliver activities, tailor programs to residents’ interests, and work to enhance physical, social and recreational well-being.

With a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care, you’ll bring dementia-care experience, First Aid, and strong communication to our supportive not-for-profit environment that offers salary packaging and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care required.
• Genuine interest in caring for seniors and dementia care experience preferred.
• Current First Aid certificate and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver activities tailored to residents’ interests.
• Assist in preparation, evaluation and implementation of activities calendar.
• Promote activities within the village and local community.
• Update care plans and complete relevant documentation.
