St Vincent's Care Maroochydore, part of St Vincent's Health Australia, seeks Living Support Partners to provide direct care in a dedicated household setting on the Sunshine Coast. You will assist residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help create a caring, respectful environment for residents and families.

The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, 6 months+ experience, and flexibility for night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care is essential.
• 6 months+ experience in a similar residential aged care role (dementia experience) is highly regarded.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory and NCCHC

Job Description:About the Opportunity:As one of our Living Support Partners (Personal Care Assistant) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore. It is a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service located in a master-planned community precinct within walking distance of restaurants and shops centre on Queensland’s famed Sunshine Coast. Living Support Partners provide direct care and assistance to resident with all activities of daily living. They partner with residents to support their daily routine, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged. This position is to work as an effective household member and is supervised, providing care for residents in a specific household.
