Aspire Hub in Australia is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant to provide person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges and complex needs.

You will help with daily living, community access, medication assistance, meal preparation and wellbeing while documenting care and reporting outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in disability, mental health, or community care.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Blue Card.
• National Criminal History Check.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and sleepovers.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behaviours. Every day is different as you help people build skills, increase independence, and engage with their community.
