Blackbutterfly Group is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Support Worker to help individuals achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, independent lives in the Brisbane area. You will support daily living activities, promote independence and assist with transport and appointments.

You will need strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine care for people. The role requires flexibility with hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and travel around the Brisbane

As a Lifestyle Support Worker (LSW), you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, independent lives.

Your role may include:

• Supporting daily living activities and community participation.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and personal choice.
• Assisting with appointments, transport and everyday routines.
• Providing respectful, safe and person-centered support.
• Maintaining accurate support records and communicating with your team.

Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
