Job summary

Arcare Boronia is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to design and deliver lifestyle programs that enhance residents’ quality of life, social engagement, and wellbeing.

You will plan activities, assess needs, oversee events, and recruit volunteers, working closely with clinical teams to support inclusive participation. Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Arcare is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Cert IV Leisure & Health is essential.
• Experience in a Lifestyle or Activities Coordinator role is essential.
• Australian Driver's license is required.
• Strong communication and ability to foster a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design lifestyle programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming.
• Oversee execution of activities and events ensuring safety and inclusivity.
• Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers to assist with activities.
