Job summary

Arcare Aged Care in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator who will design and oversee lifestyle programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation and physical activity for residents.

You will plan activities, assess resident needs, coordinate volunteers, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure inclusive, safe and enjoyable programs. Must have Cert IV Leisure & Health, Australian Driver’s license, and a passion for resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Cert IV Leisure & Health is essential.
• Valid Australian driver's license is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to design engaging activities tailored to residents' needs.
• Experience in a Lifestyle or Activities Coordinator role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design diverse lifestyle programs for residents.
• Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to tailor activities.
• Oversee activity execution to ensure safety and inclusion.
• Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers for events.
