Accenture is seeking an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to drive executive‑level client engagements, transformation roadmaps, and content lifecycle optimization across pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will shape strategies, lead global delivery, and grow the practice while building multidisciplinary teams and alliances. Candidates should bring deep domain expertise and a track record of delivering complex, compliance‑driven programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years knowledge of the commercial content lifecycle, content supply chain, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, CRM, digital authoring, workflow.
• Minimum of 8 years leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in executive communication, client relationships, proposal/RFP work, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent, or 8+ years of work experience if Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients through executive workshops, transformation strategy, and roadmaps.
• Transform the content supply chain including planning, modular authoring, DAM, and MLR review.
• Design integrated architectures connecting Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, Adobe Experience Manager and CRM systems.
• Apply AI and agentic workflows to planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows.
• Lead global delivery of complex programs from strategy to implementation and transition.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary, distributed teams across functions and regions.
• Shape offerings, references, and go‑to‑market strategies to grow the practice.
• Develop alliances and mentor Life Sciences leaders across the ecosystem.
