Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset / brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services, field, or commercial ops / transformation topics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams that help life sciences organizations make critical commercial decisions.
• Shape operating models, governance, and capability building to enable enterprise-wide change.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans across asset, function, and enterprise levels.
• Identify AI, analytics, or automation opportunities to improve decision-making and speed of execution.
• Manage analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs.
